  • Provide personalized attention to CNFL's strategic clients with consumption above 3.000 kWh of the commercial and industrial sector.

Specific objectives

  • Improve the attention of this client sector through the work of the assigned strategic managers, increasing their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Gradually increase annually, the number of clients served in a personalized manner.
  • Promote the value-added services of the CNFL.
  • Identify, monitor and facilitate the commercial and technical management of potential strategic clients that can be installed in the CNFL concession area.
